LIVENGOOD

Margaret L. Livengood, 72, of Somerset, passed on December 19, 2017 at the In Touch Hospice House. Born July 2, 1945 in Rockwood, she is a daughter of the late Frank and Sarah (Fulton) Pritts. She is also preceded in death by her sisters Mary Foust and Mildred Whipkey; and brothers Theodore, George, Burton, and Russell Pritts. Margaret is survived by her husband of 55 years, Fred Livengood; children Timothy L. Livengood and wife Michele of Somerset, Tonya Hornick (Charles) of Somerset, Shawn Livengood of Somerset, and Mike Livengood of Friedens; grandchildren Shandi, Wesley, Andrew (Kendra), Sara, Tyler, Hope, and Aundrea; great-granddaughter Sarabella; close friends Pauline “Bawl Baby” Ogline, Connie Bowers, Jane Sarver, and Darlene Hoffman; and many others.

Margaret enjoyed baking, cooking, fishing, painting, and of course, bingo and visiting casinos. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and friend, who was always fighting for things that mattered. Friends will be received from 4-7 PM with a service to follow directly at 7 PM at Miller Funeral Home and Crematory, Somerset, Pastor Sam Coughenour officiating. The family would like to thank In Touch Hospice and the Home Health caregivers for their loving service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to In Touch Hospice House at PO Box 1173, Somerset, PA. 15501.
